Contribution Walkthrough Tutorials

On the following pages we describe the steps needed to contribute code to TYPO3 CMS.

TYPO3 is developed using the Git version control system and the Gerrit review system. The "Life of a Patch" flow chart reflects the steps and responsibilities during the review workflow.

The tutorials include instructions on how to set up Git and on how to send code changes to review.

Note

Please use your full real name (without a company name) for your code contributions! This is also caused by legal reasons as we need to track who provides which contributions.
