Q: When using the generic CSV User Import tool (rs_userimp) it is not seeing the system folder into which feusers will be stored.

A: This is how you should do:

1. Go to the system folder where your fe_user is situated
2. Click on page properties
3. Go to "contains plug-in"
4. Select "Website users"
5. Done
