Missing Align, Fontface, etc box after upgrade

I've upgraded from 3.5.0 to 3.7.0. Now the "Align, Fontface", etc. Box below the "text" element is missing. I've checked BE user permissions and TCA configuration. The text_align field in tt_content is still there ... Is this a bug or a feature ?

It is a feature, do like this:

1. Go to the EXT-Manager
2. Click on css_styled_content
3. Read carefully what is said there regarding "enable defaultPageTSConfig" underneath/above the checkboxes when you install/uninstall this extension
4. Go to Web/Info/PageTSConfig select "View TSConfig of all Fields" and have a look at the TSConfig that is added with EXT:css_styled_content depending on step 3.
5. Send some chocolate to the developers ;-)
