make each core developer organize at least one TYPO3 Bug Day a year to keep his "active" status and things that may be associated to it
get people to organize local/regional Bug Days to meet in real live
- they could use a projector for live coverage of #typo3-bugday f.e.
- have pizza and coke for a really geeky coding event
