I use TYPO3 4.2.8. I tried to follow the instructions here to upgrade from 4.2.8 to 4.3.0, but I am a bit confused. There is no "Check for TER2 updates" in the pull down menu in my TYPO3. Also, the green arrows along side of the extension list do not show up: there are extensions with red arrows, and extensions with no arrows. It is a bit confusing for me when the instructions do not match exactly what's on my screen.

The website says "Go to the EM and update your extensions."

If I remember correctly the option is called "Check for extension updates" and yes, you have to use the buttons with the red arrows.
