We use this Template to manage the workflow/ documentstate templates easily. Technically it is a category, but we use it in a special way.

Here an example how to use it

 {{DesignDocumentstate|draft| documents||[[Xajax]]}}
 [[Category:DocumentState]]

You have to remove the prefix spaces, so that it works.

Just copy-paste this into your wiki-page (or just in a section of your page):
