Why is the extension I look for not listed in the Extension Manager?

By default only REVIEWED extensions are listed in the extension manager when importing. You can list ALL extensions by checking "enable extensions without review (basic security check)" in the "Settings" page of the extension manager. (select "Settings" in the drop down menu)
