Infrastructure

• wiki: http://typo3org.dus.wmdb.de/index.php/Main_Page: for publishing our protocols, an store our files
• t3punkt: http://typo3-reorg.t3o.punkt.de: to see the page tree in action and move it around, to work on content
• mind42: http://www.mind42.com/pub/mindmap?mid=4bce8b65-5177-4e83-b86c-09b5064127ed: to work interactive, recently to comment the current page tree and reflect it's state. Sing in: http://www.mind42.com/portal/signin.xhtml
• mail: every mail is a child of the first mail by using the "reply all" button (not only the "reply" button)

Work on the page tree

• we decided to start our work with the current page tree on t3punkt
• Andi will put this structure into mind42
• we will comment this version until Thursday, 07-12-18 10h
• we will skype about that on Thursday, 07-12-18 10h
• afterwards Gina will move this version to t3punkt
• then we can make further comments in mind42
• Gina will take this ideas and reflect them on t3punkt (let's play around)
• make further comments, reflect on t3punkt, ... until done (this year)

Target groups

• there will be a splash screen as first page, have a look at http://typo3org.dus.wmdb.de/index.php/Image:Typo3.org-StartSite_over_2_feedback_includet.png which leads the users deeper into the tree (New to TYPO3 -> For Clients, New to TYPO3 -> For Editors and New to TYPO3 -> For Developers). We agreed on the 3 target groups but will work on the naming.

5.x

• there is the possiblity to extend the current t3punkt tree as shown in ImprovedPageTree.pdf (delivered per skype) to fit the needs of 5.x. This is just for information.

Wiki

• Gina will put the protocol, links, information etc into the wiki
• Everybody: please get a wiki account and always login before editing
• Everybody: please update http://typo3org.dus.wmdb.de/index.php/Teams_and_Tasks
