Message:	Could not open Lucene index - did you configure the (correct) location?
Description:	The index used by Lucene to allow searching in the Content Repository could not be opened.
Possible solutions:	Either use the TYPO3CR setup tool by going to <host and path>/typo3cr/setup/ (you need to disable persistence in the FLOW3.php configuration before using the setup tool) or create an empty index with any Lucene-related tool and fill in data for the root node. This can also be a problem with permissions in the file system, so first make sure that all permissions are set correctly on your installation.
