Purpose of this "database"

Some members of the R&D frequently receive offers for contribution in certain fields by members of the community. That's great and we'd like to inspire you sharing your knowledge and working skills. However, many of these offers don't match the needs we currently have in our project phase or the R&D member contacted doesn't need the information personally. To avoid that these offers get lost in the downs of our mailboxes and minds, I propose to build up an experts database. As a start let's just use a wiki page for it and if it turns out to be useful, create a more sophisticated technical solution.

If you've got expertise on a certain field and would like to offer your (wo)manpower to the further development of TYPO3, just put your name on this list!
