CMS CodeSprint 2014/5: Stuttgart

The fifth code sprint for TYPO3 CMS in 2014 will take place in Stuttgart, Germany


The hashtag for the event is #t3sprint

Date and Times

Thursday, July 24th - Sunday, July 27th.

The start of the code sprint will be around 9:30am on Thursday, July 24th.

If you have a longer travel time please consider traveling on Wednesday. The hotel is booked as of Wednesday for all participants

On each day we start coding at 9:30am-10am.

How to get there

By train (main station)

Arriving at main station you need to get on the third sub-level to the S-Bahn station (signed with a great green "S").
From there you can take one of S1, S2 or S3 heading "Vaihingen".

By airplane (airport)

Arriving at the airport, you have to take the S-Bahn heading Stuttgart main station (S2 or S3).
Leave the train at station "Österfeld" to get to the hotel or leave the train at station "Universität" to get to the Code Sprint location.

By S-Bahn

To get near the Code Sprint location you have to leave at station "Universität".
There you can take one bus heading station "Nobelstraße" or walk about 10 minutes to the location.

To get to the hotel, leave the station after "Universität", named "Österfeld".
There you have to walk to the hotel, location can be seen on the upper map.

By car

Use the force or any navigation system

Useful information

There is an App by the local public transport VVS. Just search in your favourite app store for "VVS".
Android users can use the app "Öffi" as well and take the map "Stuttgart & Region"

We reserved accommodation for up 16 people from Wednesday to Sunday in single rooms including breakfast at the Römerhof. We will cancel extend the reservation at July 2nd, 2014 according to the registration on this WikiPage. Afterwards participation is only possible for an hotel room on your own.
