Neos Code Sprint March 2015
The Neos Code Sprint March 2015 is a community driven TYPO3 event for developers.

Map and Location
On Sunday we can stay at the office of TechDivision in Kolbermoor. Markus or someone else of the company will open the office. https://www.techdivision.com/kontakt.html
The sprint during the week will take place at the Academy for Professionals (AFP), in building W of the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences room W05. The location is booked daily from 9:00 to 18:00 with optionally longer evenings (upon request). A map is available on http://www.fh-rosenheim.de/die-hochschule/anfahrt-lageplan/campus/

Code Sprint Topics/Goals
This sprint will focus on releasing the next version and working on topics to make Neos easier for beginners.
Please fill in your name, arrival, departure date until 18.03. It is possible that participants will stay at different hotels so please fill in the hotel name, so it is easier to arrange car sharing.
FYI because of the fact that alomst everybody who arrives on sunday for the sprint will not be there before the evening, the sprint starts officially on monday at FH Rosenheim. So the TechDivision office will stay closed on sunday. Looking forward to see you on monday.

Due the fact that speakers got their room booked for the conference and it seems that this hotel is fully booked on thursday, Everyone has to book a room on their own.
Speakers will stay during the conference at Hotel St. Georg, Bad Aibling http://www.sanktgeorg.com/de/
The hotel we stayed already last year is called "Gasthof Höhensteiger" and is in walking distance to the location. So it would be perhaps the best to book there for the sprint.

- The accommodation is covered by the Neos code sprint budget from the TYPO3 Association. Please book a hotel room, pay for yourself and invoice the costs after the code sprint (see travel expenses PDF).
- Travel costs will be reimbursed up to a limit of 200€ per person (exceptions are probably possible, just ask Karsten as our official budget responsible, if you would need a higher budget)
The accommodation/working location and travel expenses are kindly covered by our TYPO3 Association budget.
If you'd like to sponsor, please get in touch with us. We need sponsoring for drinks (flat fee of 6 € per day and participant for daytime drinks) and food. Working location, hotel and travel expenses are kindly covered by our TYPO3 Association budget so far.
However you can still motivate the developers and show your appreciation for everyone spending their spare time improving the product by sponsoring food and drinks.
